Job Description
- Act as company’s representative in submitting, processing, and obtaining permits, licenses, certification, and other relevant documents from government agencies and third-party entities.
- Assist with administrative work in documentation requirements, including filing, labeling, liaising with various departments, reproduction, notarization, submission, and follow-ups.
- Conduct fieldwork by visiting government offices to process and submit documents.
Job Qualifications:
- Two-year business-related course
- Relevant experience preferred
- Excellent external communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and trustworthy
- Project assignment in Baras, Rizal
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php17,500.00 – Php19,00.00 per month
Benefits:
- Promotion to permanent employee
Schedule:
- 8-hour day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th-month salary
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Baras, Rizal: Reliable commute or willing to relocate with employer-provided package (Preferred)
