Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor accounts for outstanding debts
- Investigate historical debt data
- Contact clients for overdue payments
- Encourage timely debt payments
- Process payments and refunds
- Resolve billing and credit issues
- Update account status records
- Report on collection activity
Work Experience Requirement:
- Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
- Familiarity with debt collection laws
- MS Office and database proficiency
- Comfortable with targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php13,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
