Job Description:
- As a Technical Support Specialist in our Support Division, you will be responsible for the analysis, processing, technical recommendation and resolution of technical inquiries, cases and requests from all customer segments.
- The role is a customer-facing support role and will require interactions via our self-service portal, emails, chats, and a few inbound calls. Collaborate with customers to deliver superior customer experience, leveraging effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure their needs are met with satisfaction.
- The Software Licensing Administrator is responsible to support, manage, administer & deliver license contracts/agreements for Tricentis products.
- This includes supporting customer and internal requests for information related to licensing of Tricentis software products.
- The Software Licensing Administrator will also facilitate communication between the customer and its providers to deliver software license according to purchase order/agreements and ensure licensing compliance.
- Pro-actively establish a collaborative relationship with the Sales team to gather required information and work collectively for compliance closures.
- Contribute to internal knowledge expansion and continual process improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering.
- Minimum of 1+ year of relevant license administration functions for a Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) product for both cloud and on-premise applications.
