Job Description
Responsible for fair valuation of collateral properties such as real estate, motor vehicles, and stocks offered by borrowers.
Process Management:
- Evaluate property documents for appraisal.
- Verify document authenticity including Title Certificates and tax clearances.
- Schedule property visits and conduct market rate surveys.
- Prepare appraisal reports and handle property registrations.
Job Specifications:
- Academic Background: Licensed Appraiser with 5 years of experience.
- Competencies and Skills: Proficiency in property valuation and spreadsheet software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
