Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Real Estate Broker located in Muntinlupa City. The Broker will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks such as providing exceptional customer service to clients, sales, and real property transactions. The Broker will also be responsible for facilitating the closing of deals and managing the buying and selling process.
Qualifications
- Brokerage and Real Estate skills
- Customer Service and Sales skills
- Strong knowledge of Real Property transactions and regulations in the Philippines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Real Estate Broker’s License issued by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is required
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
