Job Description
We are seeking a Life, Health, and Benefits Placement Specialist to place individual and group insurance products, coordinate benefits enrollment, and manage carrier relationships with professionalism and accuracy.
- Responsibilities: assess client needs, prepare competitive proposals, submit applications, liaise with carriers, and ensure timely policy delivery and compliance.
- Requirements: minimum 2 years of insurance placement experience, excellent verbal and written communication, strong attention to detail, required state licensure(s), and proficiency with benefits administration platforms.
