Job Description
- Provide personalized lifestyle assistance and support to clients
- Assist clients with travel arrangements, event planning, and reservations
- Offer recommendations on dining, entertainment, and leisure activities
- Handle inquiries and requests promptly
- Coordinate with service providers for client satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of lifestyle trends
- Manage client profiles with confidentiality
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Collaborate with the team to enhance service offerings
- Meet performance targets and SLAs
- Participate in training sessions for skill improvement
