Job Description
Join our team, we are hiring Call Center Agents for a pioneer account with a virtual interview process. Enjoy competitive salary packages, various shifts (Day/Mid/Night), incentives, signing bonuses, and premium benefits. PHP 40,00 salary package, and up to 2 HMO dependents upon training.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and address customer concerns.
- Make outgoing calls to follow up or market products.
- Provide excellent customer service, resolve complaints.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
- Follow company scripts and guidelines for effective call handling.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of Call Center experience (Voice Process).
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or VA to international clients.
- Willing to work onsite with strong English communication.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, OJT, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php37,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
