Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items in our kitchen. You should have a strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipe and presentation standards
- Assist in the development of new menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Ensure food quality and taste are up to our standards
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely food production
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
