Job Description
– Must have relevant work experience in a Fine Dining Restaurant of 4 to 5 star hotel.
– Expert in cooking / making salad and steaks.
● Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
● Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
● Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
● Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
● Clean up station and take care of leftover food
● Stock inventory appropriately
● Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely manner
– Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
– Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
– Punctual on attendance and adhere to company rules and regulations
– Perform other tasks instructed by the superior and person with authority within the organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
