Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to specified recipes and standards
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, adhering to proper food handling and sanitation guidelines
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation during busy hours
- Assist in the development and improvement of menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience as a Line Cook in a restaurant setting is preferred.
