Job Description
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner. Working as a team, the Line Cook ensures all dishes meet the standards set by the Head Chef and Sous Chef, including soups, salads, entrees, and desserts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare food according to set recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and work area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and follow safety guidelines.
- Assist with menu planning and recipe development.
