Job Description
Prepares food for back-up.
Cooks food according to approved recipes.
Complies with Food Safety Standards.
Conducts inventory and maintains par stock level.
Accepts/rejects deliveries and ensures plating and garnishing.
Cleans kitchen wares/tools before and after use.
