Job Description
- Production of dishes in the restaurant
- Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and storage
- Practice proper food safety handling procedures (Food Safety)
- Monitor and record inventory. Assisting the sous chef in making orders
- Preparation of menu order and other customer requests (Food preparation based on standards)
- Preparation of food according to standards and recipes
- Assisting the sous chef in receiving and keeping of stocks (Assists in Inventory Management)
- Knowing all menu items in different kitchen stations
- Performs other related duties as assigned by immediate superior
