Job Description
Sanritsu Great International Corporation is currently looking for a committed Line Supervisor to oversee all facets of our production process. This role is essential for ensuring quality, efficiency, and optimal manpower utilization.
Key responsibilities include monitoring work procedures, guiding and training team members, managing material usage, and implementing strategies to boost productivity while upholding safety standards.
This is a full-time, permanent position requiring a graduate degree in any engineering discipline. Preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of experience in a supervisory role within a production environment.
The work schedule is Monday to Saturday, from 7 AM to 4 PM, with the expectation of overtime and shift work as needed.
