Job Description
As a Line Trainer, you will be responsible for training new employees on assembly line processes and ensuring quality production standards are met. Your role includes developing training materials, conducting hands-on training sessions, and evaluating trainees’ performance.
- Provide training on safety procedures, equipment operation, and product specifications.
- Work closely with production managers to identify training needs and improve processes.
- Monitor trainees’ progress and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of production processes. Prior experience in training or manufacturing is preferred.
