Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handling litigation cases (civil, commercial, labor, tax, and criminal)
- Providing accurate, relevant, and timely advice on a variety of legal topics that relate to litigation
- Managing and mitigating legal risks and advising on litigation status, legal risks, and the legal liabilities associated with the cases being handled
- Researching and anticipating unique litigation issues that may affect the Company
- Staying up-to-date with changes to legislation, particularly in relation to laws, rules, and regulations that directly affect the handling of the cases
- Liaising with the different units of the Flash Group
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience as a Lawyer
- Work Remotely
- Can start ASAP
Job Types: Full-time, OJT (On the job training)
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift

- Davao City (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Davao City: Relocate before starting work (Required)
