Job Description
We seek an experienced on-camera leader to train and manage live-selling hosts across Facebook Live, TikTok Shop, LazLive, and other platforms. You will produce and host livestream sales for computers, appliances, ACs, tools, and spare parts; develop honest product demos and scripts; moderate live Q&A; and drive conversions and upsells.
- Set targets, coordinate with warehouse, manage studio operations and promotions
- Recruit, coach, and evaluate host performance
- Use analytics to optimize content and sales
Requirements: strong on-camera presence, product knowledge, livestream experience, analytics skills, and training capability. Full-time, on-site position; on-site parking provided.
