Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for managing live-streaming local operations, including setting guidelines and strategies for local agencies, influencers, users, campaigns, and partnerships.
2. Plan and execute live streaming campaigns by identifying popular topics and events.
3. Manage platform agencies and anchors, focusing on user growth and retention.
4. Participate in drafting policies, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with content partners.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience in content, marketing, or partnerships in the tech and media industry.
2. Preferred experience with modeling, media, TV, celebrities, or live streaming applications.
3. Experience in building and leading teams is a plus.
4. Strong business acumen, preferably in emerging industries.
5. Excellent analytical and data-driven skills.
6. Good communication and interpersonal abilities for an international environment.
Job Details:
Full-time, Permanent position with a monthly salary range of Php30,00.00 – Php40,00.00.
Benefits include paid training and 13th-month salary.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday with opportunities for overtime and weekend work.
