Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an LMS/LXP Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP) to support our training and development initiatives.
Your duties will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the LMS/LXP, troubleshooting technical issues, creating and updating course content, and providing technical support to users. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure that our online learning platforms meet organizational goals.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in educational technology, experience with LMS/LXP administration, and excellent communication skills. A proven track record of optimizing online learning experiences and a passion for continuous learning are highly desirable.
