Job Description
Responsible for day-to-day load planning execution. Coordinates truck requirements to Transport Team for every transfer and shipment. Coordinate with Trucker’s Coordinators for the call time arrival in depot.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Office Administration, Business Administration, or any 4-year related course.
- Preferably with experience or background in the same field.
- Adept with Microsoft Excel, and knowledge in inventory system application and any related inventory skills is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs proper housekeeping and safety procedures within the office area.
- Reports any abnormal movements and rendered required reports.
- Responsible in preparations of outbound documents.
- Responsible for preparations of order summary and turn over to Documentation Staff and Warehouse Inventory Custodian.
- Coordinates additional and/or cancellation of orders.
