Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide general administrative support
- Handle pre-submission tasks including but not limited to reviewing files, inputting the data in software and various portals and system, lodging the application online
- Assist in liaising with clients to gather information and documentation needed for their loan application when required
- Identify any errors or outstanding information and follow up with the client via phone and email
- Assist in responding to client queries and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner
- Adhere to all internal policies and procedures, and escalate any potential risk to management
