Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Releasing of accounts
- Checking authenticity and completeness of documents prior to release
- Ensure accuracy of details in legal documents
- Preparing transmittal PDC, Released Folders, Cancelled Accounts
- Signing legal documents as witness
- Preparing monthly reports on Collateral monitoring and Take-risk releases
- Handling Collateral documentation
- Releasing loan proceeds and consultant’s commissions
- Tagging commissions in the system
- Handling customer queries and concerns
- Replenishing Petty Cash Fund
- Confirming Loan details in the system
- Requesting and releasing certificate of full payment and collateral documents
Key Requirements:
- Preferably with Bachelor’s Degree in a Business Course
- Detail-oriented, precise, and meticulous in documentation
- High work ethics, integrity, and loyalty
- Highly organized, quick learner, and proactive
- Good interpersonal skills for effective working relationships
