Job Description
Summary Description:
This position is responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining Loan Consultants to boost refinancing product sales in identified branches.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers and Loan Consultants.
- Develop recruited Loan Consultants through training and policy updates.
- Monitor Loan Consultant endorsements until account releases.
- Achieve targets set by the Regional Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Business graduate with sales and recruiting experience.
- Computer literate with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Adaptable, goal-oriented, and customer service-focused.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Salary: From Php12,00.00 per month
