Job Description
We are looking for driven individuals to deliver exceptional customer service to clients regarding their loan applications and status updates. The ideal candidate will attend to client inquiries and handle document submissions through our online platform.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all clients.
- Manage client inquiries and documentation effectively online.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in finance is preferred.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Demonstrable customer service experience.
- Must be willing to work in Roxas Avenue, Davao City, with availability to start immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,260.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
