Responsibilities
- Prepare and package loan files for banks, lenders, and custodians
- Update loan information on Salesforce
- Assist in loan servicing and payments processing
- Monitor insurance renewals
- Generate payoff demands and approvals
- Adhere to compliance regulations
- File and scan loan documents
- Provide team support and other assigned duties
Requirements
- 1-2 years of administrative support experience
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on a shifting schedule
- On-site work required at Ortigas and Cubao
