Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Loan Processing Officer at Vault Outsourcing OPC. In this role, you will interact with clients to understand their loan needs, assist them in completing applications, and provide updates on their application status. You will serve as a liaison between applicants and the Credit Decision Team, ensuring all required documentation is submitted accurately and promptly.
Ideal candidates should have proven customer service experience, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in relevant software. A knowledge of loan products and a client-centric approach are highly desirable.
