Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Loan Processor to join our team. As a Loan Processor, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing loan applications, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and verify loan documentation, including credit reports, income verification, and other necessary information.
- Communicate with borrowers to gather required missing documents and information.
- Analyze loan applications and make recommendations based on creditworthiness and risk assessment.
- Ensure all loan files are complete and accurate before submission for underwriting.
- Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and other team members to expedite loan approvals.
- Maintain knowledge of current loan products, industry regulations, and market trends.
