Job Description:
- Assist in preparing necessary loan documents for HDMF Loan, Bank Finance, and/or In-house financing.
- Prepare requests for notarization of documents.
- Evaluate documents submitted by clients.
- Notify buyers about additional documents needed.
- Verify document completeness for final commission billing.
- Provide excellent client service by anticipating needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in any four-year course.
- One year of experience is a plus; fresh graduates welcome.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Location: 15th flr., Pryce Tower Bldg., Davao City.
- Full-time position with competitive benefits.
