Job Description
ServiceFirst CX is looking for a dedicated Loan Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will evaluate loan applications, review financial documents, and explain loan products while ensuring compliance with regulations. Your excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach will help build trust and maintain satisfaction throughout the loan process.

Requirements: High School or College degree, sales or telemarketing experience, and schedule flexibility. Preferred: 1 year in customer service.
