Job Description
A Loan Workout Associate is responsible for managing distressed loans and working with clients to find solutions to loan repayment challenges. Key tasks include analyzing borrower financial situations, developing workout strategies, and negotiating payment arrangements.
Required qualifications include a strong understanding of financial analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Experience in loan restructuring or a related field is preferred.
