Job Description
Job Summary:
Handle accounts under the Pag-ibig scheme and ensure the completion of required documents for processing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate buyer documentation.
- Contact buyers for NOLA signing and validation.
- Conduct credit investigations through email.
- Prepare and send Notices of Cancellation.
- Assist buyers with inquiries and document submission.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Business-related course.
- 6 months experience in Loans Documentation.
- Basic MS Office skills.
