Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently
- Follow communication scripts for various topics
- Identify customer needs, provide solutions
- Upsell products when opportunities arise
- Build relationships and engage customers
- Keep detailed call records
- Attend seminars for self-improvement
- Achieve personal/team targets
Requirements and Skills
- Customer support experience preferred
- Computer literate
- Typing speed of 30-45 wpm
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
- Customer focus and adaptability
- Multi-tasking and time management abilities
- Senior Highschool Graduates/ Fresh Graduates welcome
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
