Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a LOCAL Account/Tagalog – Billing Account Support. As a Billing Account Support, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Tagalog-speaking clients in handling billing inquiries and resolving related issues.

Your main responsibilities will include assisting customers with billing questions, resolving payment discrepancies, and ensuring accurate billing records. You will also have the opportunity to educate customers on our products and services, and promote customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Tagalog and English, both written and verbal
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Previous experience in customer service or billing support is a plus
