Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Local/Tagalog Account Ticketing Agent to join our team. As an Account Ticketing Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat and email platforms.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving ticketing-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assisting customers with ticket purchases, reservation changes, and other account-related requests.
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding fares, schedules, and company policies.
  • Handling escalated customer concerns and providing appropriate solutions.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and Tagalog languages, with excellent oral and written skills.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using chat and email platforms, along with basic computer skills.
