Job Description
We are currently seeking a Local/Tagalog Account Ticketing Agent to join our team. As an Account Ticketing Agent, you will be responsible for handling ticketing transactions and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with ticketing inquiries and transactions
- Providing information on available flights, fares, and schedules
- Processing ticket reservations, cancellations, and refunds
- Collaborating with airlines and travel agencies to ensure smooth ticketing operations
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication and customer service skills, as well as a good understanding of ticketing systems and procedures. Fluency in both English and Tagalog is a requirement for this position.
