Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Local/Tagalog CSR to join our team. As a CSR, you will be responsible for assisting our Tagalog-speaking customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests through various communication channels.
The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Tagalog and English. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required. You should be able to deliver exceptional service, build positive relationships with customers, and handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely assistance
- Resolve customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Update customer information in the database
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
