As a Gaming Account Specialist, you’ll provide outstanding support to gamers via phone, email, and chat.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Offering accurate information on account management and game features.
- Guiding customers through troubleshooting steps.
- Managing account-related inquiries, including password resets.
- Ensuring accurate transaction processing per company policies.
