Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Check shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Form E).
- Receive orders from Purchaser/Sales Department and initiate Letter of Credit.
- Monitor processing and delivery of imported tires with Customs representatives.
- Prepare payment for freight charges and maintain import documentation.
- Provide updates on shipments and DTI processing to relevant departments.
Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in BS Customs Administration or related fields.
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience in import/export operations.
– Strong communication skills and organizational abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
