Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Checking shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Form E
- Receiving final orders from Purchaser/Sales Department
- Initiating opening of the Letter of Credit
- Coordinating with Customs representatives for processing and release of imported tires
- Monitoring DTI processing and availability of certificates
- Keeping and maintaining import documents
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of BS in Customs Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in import and export operations
- Professional license holder preferred
- Knowledge in BOC process is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Prior experience required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types: 13th-month salary
