Job Description
1. Maintains Purchasing filing system.
2. Release Purchase Orders for local parts and Fixed Assets.
3. Prepares delivery schedule for local parts.
4. Monitors delivery of local parts and Fixed Assets.
5. Prepares Material Shortage List for local parts.
6. Uploads prices in the SAP system.
7. Process Invoices to Accounting Department.
8. Prepares requisition of Logistics office supplies.
9. Analyzes material allocation for local parts (PO cancellations – POCN).
10. Prepares aging material report.
11. Prepares and sends out forecast of material to local suppliers.
12. May be asked to perform other duties at a lower level or higher level of proficiency.
