Job Description
Handling the agents with all the concerned for the MO.
- Print all the MO received day by the day.
- Distribute the MO to each line leaders.
- Act as production planner to ensure to meet each given deadline.
- Coordinate with the logistics for the delivery scheduling.
- Submit the daily delivery to the involved people.
- Create Delivery Receipt and Sales Invoice for each received deliveries.
- Make insert for the items to be ship out outside Luzon.
- Provide packing list for each deliveries.
- Assisting inquiries of agents regarding the actual inventories and stock availabilities.
- Packing items for urgent delivery.
Checking for loading the hotel items.
- Answering phone call from Sales Agent for some clarification details in MO and urgent delivery.
