Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about travel destinations, itineraries, and bookings.
- Assist customers in making flight, hotel, and tour reservations.
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues related to travel arrangements.
- Provide guidance on travel documents, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
- Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
