Job Description
The Operation teams at Shopee cover the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyzes and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, and Fraud.
- Monitor reports on key logistics performance metrics and communicate insights to internal stakeholders and senior management
- Run ad hoc analyses to identify the root cause of issues driving the deviation of key performance metrics from targets
- Create new and standardize ongoing reports on logistics-related performance metrics
- Prepare BAU reports for management meetings
- Support internal logistics stakeholders and cross-functional teams with data requirements and analysis
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Management Engineering, or its equivalent
- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of operational systems applicable in the logistics, warehouse, and transportation industry
- Outstanding critical-thinking, highly meticulous, and detail-oriented
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and able to work in a dynamic work environment
- At least 1 year of experience in performance reporting and monitoring
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in collaborating with stakeholders from across levels, including Senior Leaders
- Background in SQL
