Job Description
Location: 17 Lakeview Drive Fortune Bldg. Annex Bagong Ilog Pasig City
Job Description:
- Execute logistics operations including meal orders and delivery schedules.
- Finalize customer delivery lists and manage rider schedules.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards by delivery riders.
- Address and resolve logistical issues promptly.
- Analyze and optimize delivery routes for efficiency.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with teams.
- Proficient in GDOCS, GSHEETS, and MS EXCEL.
