Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinating shipments and ensuring timely delivery.
- Processing shipping documents like bills of lading and invoices.
- Tracking shipments and monitoring their status.
- Collaborating with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse staff.
- Troubleshooting and resolving logistical issues.
- Providing administrative support to the logistics department.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.
- Identifying process improvements to enhance operations.
- Communicating effectively with customers about shipment updates.
Qualifications: College graduate (preferably in business or IT), 3+ years in logistics, proficient in SAP or Oracle systems, and must communicate effectively in English.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,00.00 per month
