Job Description
GENERAL TASKS:
- Make a Return To Vendor summary (RTV) of NAG account and forward to Sales Department.
- Closing of hanging balance with salesman and accounting.
- Receive Driver’s Expense Report w/ remaining cash; checking of receipts, change, computation, encoding of logistic expense transmittal summary, replenishment of petty cash with finance dept.
- Request petty cash from finance department for delivery expense, insert all forms and petty cash inside black bag and transmit to the guard on duty.
- Other urgent tasks assigned by Logistic Supervisor and Operations Manager.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php500.00 – Php520.00 per day
