Job Description
- Coordinating and tracking shipments to ensure they arrive safely and on time.
- Assisting in the preparation of customer orders and shipping documents, such as invoices and customs forms.
- Assisting in the development of logistics strategies to improve cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock is delivered.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience as a logistics assistant is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: From Php15,00.00 per month
