Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
- Responsible in RM/PM inventory monitor
- Coordinate available RM & PM stocks with production, repacking & operations
- Schedule distribution of RM/PM to outlets
SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
- Knowledgeable in material inventory system
- FIFO system expertise
- Area clustering and delivery cost analysis proficiency
KEY RESULT AREAS:
- Meet Desired Delivery Lead Time (DLT)
- Manage Freight cost to sales ratio
- Daily inventory monitoring
- Ensure compliance to FIFO and GMP/GHK audit results
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate delivery items, truck allocation, and trip ticket generation
- Act as a point person for delivery concerns
- Prepare job orders and ensure accurate transfers to outlets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
Benefits: Company events, Flexible schedule, Health insurance
Schedule: Day shift, Flextime
Supplemental pay types: 13th-month salary, Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate: Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education: Bachelor’s (Required)
Experience: Purchasing: 1 year (Required)
