Job Description
Main Function:
A logistic coordinator oversees the daily activity of trip bookings and delivery of equipment rentals, ensuring on-time deliveries, tool inventory control, and manpower coordination.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning trip bookings and equipment dispatch.
- Manage trip allowances, fuel POs, and waybill preparation.
- Coordinate truck deliveries and equipment checklist preparation.
- Dispatch booked trips and monitor rental statuses.
- Handle driver liquidations and budget replenishments.
- Process permits and license renewals.
- Enforce SOPs and regulations.
